Step 1. Let’s connect!
Everything begins with a conversation. Let’s connect and discuss exactly what you envision for your session and what you want to take home as far as keepsakes. I want to hear all about your family and plan all the details for your dream session. Due to the custom nature of our sessions and the time devoted to each of our cherished clients, Katherine limits the number of sessions she takes per month. It is best to book your session as soon as possible.
Step 2. Planning and Wardrobe
The studio offers a selection of dresses and wardrobe for busy mamas that don’t have time to shop for a dress they’ll only wear once. We also have outfit options for dads and little ones, ages 0-5 years. All newborn props and wardrobe are provided by Katherine!
Step 3. The Studio and Locations
Katherine offers a comfy and convenient studio space located in Avon, Ohio for her maternity, newborn, baby and family sessions year-round.
The studio is full of ever evolving adorable props, blankets, newborn wraps, headbands, wardrobe for family and little ones as well as a comfortable, clean sitting area for parents complete with television, wifi and refreshments.
Location Sessions are available at sunset for maternity, baby and family sessions between the months of May and October. Clients will have full access to Katherine’s Cleveland location list once scheduled. We might meet up at the beach, a park, the garden. We’ll discuss what would be best for you and your family.
Step 4. Session Day
One the day of your session you’ll be able to relax and watch the magic unfold. Based on our planning, we’ll have everything ready to go. We want this to be as stress-free as possible for you and your family. Katherine’s studio has everything that’s needed for your newborn and family.
Step 5. View and Ordering
Get the tissues ready! At your Viewing and Ordering appointment, Katherine will assist you in the selection of your chosen artwork, where to hang them, and what sizes will work best in your home. From incredible canvases to custom-made albums designed in-studio by our very own hands. You only take home what you absolutely love from your session with help every step of the way. Our goal is for you to have gorgeous images that you are proud to display in your home and pass down to generations to come.

The Investment
We consider every detail when planning your session. The creative session fee covers your pre-consultation, portrait session, professional editing and retouching, presentation of your images and your personal view & ordering appointment. All prints, products and digital files are purchased at your view & ordering appointment. Session fees:
Maternity + Newborn $400
Newborn with family $250
Milestone $250
Family Session $250
The session fee does NOT include prints, products or digital files.
Your session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and is non-refundable.
Weekend sessions will incur and additional $100 fee.
