With so much going on this summer I’ve fallen way behind on my blog posting. Maybe I’ll catch up this weekend!
I thought this family would be the perfect 4th of July post. Very “All American” and as sweet as apple pie! I can’t believe that I’ve been photographing families in this city for over 10 years and I’ve never shot pictures down at the Cleveland Yachting Club. I loved it! I’ll definitely go down there again.

I was this Dad’s Father’s Day present. He didn’t know he was taking photos with his little girl until I showed up, camera in hand. I’ve never done a surprise photo session before (just a FYI, a husband should NEVER spring a photo session on this wife)! This baby girl is going to be a big sister in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait to meet the new member of the family!

A Dad is someone who drives from his job in Solon all the way to Rocky River to pop into a few photos with “his girls” and then drives all the way back to work. This family was so totally adorable and, as you can tell, this little girl rocked the photo shoot! Fun stuff!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…I did not look like this in second grade! What is in the water that these young ladies are so beautiful? This little stunner looks so much like her older sister that I photographed a couple of years ago. She probably gets sick of hearing that comment. She was just a joy to photograph. Thanks guys!
I know I’m WAY behind on these posts (I knew it would happen) so I apologize if I don’t get a peek up for everyone. I figure that getting my proofs out in a timely manor is more important.

Okay, this first one is really an outtake but it makes me laugh because this is how most newborn photo sessions begin! You’d never know, right? I think these tiny little folks get really mad at me when I strip them back down to their birthday suit. Just when they were getting all cozy with the idea of cloths!
Isn’t she just the sweetest little 7 day old!? AND the most adorable big brother too! Lucky girl.
E, birth announcement mock-up and proofs are coming! I can’t wait to show you everything. It was torture but I’m holding out the best for your slideshow.
