A Day at the Park

I’ll give you one guess what this baby doll’s name is. What a total cutie and completely in love with her Mom and Dad. I think the feelings were mutual!

I’ve died and gone to baby heaven!

At nine days old this little guy was super sleepy and just as cute as a button. I could have photographed him all day. He just let me pose him and prop him up any way I wanted. Snuggly, sleepy, teeny, tiny… loved him!

Little boys…

keep me on my toes! This little guy was so much fun. All I had to do was give him a ball and we were instant buddies. Such a pleasure to photograph! Thanks M!

The Announcement

I’ve been super busy here lately as there is always a surge of photo sessions just before school starts up again. Lots of family photo sessions with regular clients as well as many new referrals (thank you!!). I will catch up this week and I hope to do some more posting here on the blog.

This family was so sweet with each other and to me. Very flexable and open to trying my ideas. I love the simplicity of capturing families just being together. We got some great shots!

Okay, here’s the big announcement…the holiday scheduling has begun! I’m looking forward to another fun and crazy paced holiday season. If you are interested in a holiday session (for photos, cards or gifts) you must have your session completed by November 1st and orders must be placed by November 7th. The fall schedule fills up very quickly and once it’s full, we will start a waiting list.

One of the Best Parts…

of what I do is seeing families grow. I get to photograph them as newborns, see the new siblings arrive and see the entire family grow-up. I’ve been working with this family now for almost 10 years. Wow, do I sound old or what?! It’s okay because it’s really a privilege to see and work with these families each year.

I had to show a “then” and “now” photo. I almost didn’t recognize them!

From 2001, one of my all time favorite photos:

And now.

Adorable family!
